2011 Senior. Hallie / Roncalli High School. Indianapolis Senior Pictures.

Hallie came in as one of our last minute 2011 Seniors and we are so glad she did. What a beauty and a sweetheart. I told her, I think it must be an admission requirement at Roncalli High School that girls be beautiful, because all of our Roncalli clients and pretty much knock outs! We had a great day at our Studio backlot for Hallie’s session and it was just an all around great experience. We were able to shoot a bit in our brand new beach pavilion set. Sun and sand is always a favorite among our seniors!

Hallie, you look stunning and thanks again to you and your mom for choosing me to shoot your senior portraits.

Taylor Childers- Featured Senior Session- Indianapolis Photographer

Taylor was one of our 2011 Senior Models for Hamilton Southeastern High School. In fact, Taylor was our Top Model, winning the $150 gift card for bringing in the most referrals. She was a blast to work with and we did a couple of really cool and creative things at her full senior session. It was great working with Taylor and we wish her all the luck as she makes her final decisions for college and her future.

FLASH BACK to SUMMER 09 / Indianas Best Senior Photographer

Another fun video from one of my favorite sessions from this past summer.. I guess I am getting ready for spring and longing for it’s warm days to wrap it’s arms around me. Columbus North Senior, Rebecca, was one of those girls that steps in front of the camera and it is just so at ease it makes my job so easy. She brought a great variety of clothes from casual to prom. We realy had a great time!

This is a great example of our Super Model Sessions. We shot the first half at the Studio Backlot and then moved over to do her last two clothing changes at the Studio Loft in town. This way you get a little of both the indoor and outdoor.

Style File/ Do you Polyvore?

Hey Seniors! By now I am sure many of you know about Polyvore.com. Polyvore is a free, easy-to-use web-based application for mixing and matching fashion items- shoes, shirts, coats, jeans, dresses, skirts, purses, lipstick, polish, etc. – from anywhere on the web. It is also a community of creative and fashionable people! W

I was just thinking that with Polyvore, our seniors can put together coordinated outfits for your senior session, it’s like playing paper dolls! You find things you already have and mix them with a few wish list items for your senior session. it’s allot of fun to play with layouts and find just the right things. Kind of a dream board of what you might want to wear for your senior session. One of my favorite things I have seen done there is to put together – Splurge or Steal- sets. Click here to see a page of different styles of layouts. Go play and have fun creating some look ideas for your session. Today, I am in LOVE with this plaid jacket! It would be a great look with the truck at the Studio Backlot or in the Industrial set at the Studio Loft, or just on the gray studio drop for some punch!
