Cathedral High School Senior Miranda McQueen! We have an ongoing joke at our studio that you must submit a headshot before getting into Cathedral, because all of the girls that come to us are just gorgeous! And Miranda, Randi for short, definitely fit the bill! Here are some of our favs from her session….
THIS SESSION ROCKED! LITERALLY…
Victor, who shot this session, is a music enthusiast and plays several instruments himself… So when Colin, 2013 Carmel High School Senior, walked in with not just 1 but {4} guitars, electric and acoustic, we (Christy and Victor) knew it would be fun! Not only did Colin bring his guitars, but amps, petals, capos… everything. He was very enthusiastic about it all, and told us he didn’t know what to bring, so he brought it all! {LOL} His mother, whom we had known from years ago (we shot Colin’s older brother) said that if anybody could make all of these props work, it was Victor. She also told us that everything time Colin saves up enough money to finally buy himself a car… he’d go buy an awesome new toy instead 
Colin not only has the great looks, and that cool musician vibe, but an awesome personality to go with it. We didn’t really have to instruct him much… give him a guitar and the personality flows! Playing, making faces, cracking up with no limits! Most of these shots are completely candid. Every time we would ask for a smile he would automatically put a laugh into it, which would make us laugh. Every smile authentic, every funny face, every stare… pure soul!

We’ve been shooting Elizabeth’s family for a few years now, and we always get so excited when they call! No session with the Ledbetters is in any way dull or boring! They always bring lots of laughs and smiles to our faces, and its goes without saying that they are all simply beautiful! A photographers dream. We had known we wanted to have Elly, which she is more commonly know, as one of our Senior Models since we shot her, also stunningly beautiful twin brothers, David and Ryan, back in 2009. Since then we’ve done numerous sessions with the Ledbetters.
We did Elly’s shoot in Broad Ripple, which is one of our favorite locations to shoot our new Urban Locations sessions. Elly did not disappoint! She brought personality, style and attitude and that thing we like to call ‘IT’. When someone just has that thing you can’t explain! Thanks Elly, you’re awesome! What a great day it was when this little ray of sunshine walked into our studio! Olivia was born to be in the eyes of millions! In fact, you may have seen her on CBS’s Kid Nation in 2007, along with her younger sister, Mallory (whom we can’t wait to shoot in the upcoming years!). Olivia expressed what a great learning and humbling experience it was… probably one thing that supports her growing up to be such a strong, humble and lovely woman. “We are really lucky with her… she’s such a good kid. She’s like having a ray of sunshine around the house!” commented Olivia’s mother, Tina. Her beauty shines through from the inside!
Olivia is also an aspiring singer/actress, heading off to college next fall to pursue writing and do theatre. I’m sure she’ll make her presence known someday in the eyes of million, once again… or so we can hope! Good luck Olivia!

It was a great day, the sun was shining and I was excited to finally be shooting Hannah for her senior pictures! I met Hannah a few years ago when she came to me with her mom to do a test shoot for her modeling portfolio. Hannah’s mom was her biggest fan as she started out in pageants and won her fits title. Shortly after, Hannah’s mom began actively promoting Hannah and her modeling. Long story short…Hannah has since worked with a lot of great photographers across the country for editorial and fashion shoots. Hannah also walked in Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in NYC ! Sadly and suddenly on the first day of April 2011, Sue- Hannahs mom passed away. She is sorely missed by her family and friends… But oh she would be so proud of Hannah and would totally being eating up every second of her senior year, making sure Hannah drank every second in to it’s fullest.
It is great to be the one to get to do these senior pictures. Hannah is our Fishers High School senior model rep for the class of 2012… so this is her first senior session from the fall and we will do another really soon! Hannah looks great and is always such a blast to shoot. You might notice the pink bracelet Hannah sports in some of her pictures… a remembrance of her mom.
Enjoy a few sneak peeks! She’s a natural in front of the camera and can’t wait to shoot the rest of her senior pictures!!
