How many days do I have to place my first/original minimum order?
From the time that we send out your access code, you have 7 days in which to place your order.

All I see are the ala carte menu items. Where can I view packages/collections?
The packages/collections menu is at the very bottom of the ala carte menu. Click on the OPEN PACKAGE OPTIONS > to open the packages menu menu.

I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listing in My Pictures.

I can't seem to log in to view my gallery. Can you help me?
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here. Remember, your access code is the code we have set up and sent to you so that you can view your images. This can be shared at your discretion with family and friends who you'd like to be able to look at your gallery. Your password is set up by YOU during the registration process.

Do you personalize wallets? No, I am sorry, we do not.

What about cropping? Will any of my images be cropped?
Yes, any 5x7 and wallet images will have some cropping. As well our wallets are die cut for uniformity and have rounded corners… so in addition to cropping all wallets will have an additional amount of the image taken off in the die cutting process.

Please keep this in mind when ordering images that are a very tight facial crop to begin with. If there is going to be a worry about taking too much off the top of the head then you may want to select another image for your wallet.

Speaking of those tight crops. WHY do some images have the top of my head cut off? These are a tight artistic crop, we do this on purpose in some images to really draw the attention into your face and eyes. It is part of our style. We do show a variety of crops and styles not all images will be cropped this way.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

Where can I view frames and graduation announcements you offer? There is a FRAMES and also a SENIOR CARDS gallery at the front page of the cart system at http://www.marciandvictor.com/proofs.

When I click on a thumbnail in my gallery, nothing happens and I cannot view the larger images? Help me!
Follow these instructions and you should be able to view your images right away. Go to the thumbnail gallery. Click in a thumbnail. Now look to the right of your internet explorer address bar. You should see three icons: the refresh arrows, the X and a broken piece of paper. Right click the broken piece of paper icon and select or check "compatibility view". After that you should be able to view your images.

I have placed and paid for my order. How long until I receive my prints?
Your prints will arrive via USPS or FEDEX typically within 2-3 weeks of payment. During busy times like the fall from September and October, this time can be a bit longer. Special order items can also extend this time. Orders do at times come in separate boxes. Albums are an example of this.

After I have placed my minimum order, how long do you keep the images on file for me to place additional orders?
We keep all images on file for one year.

Is there a penalty fee if I do not place my order within the allotted 7 days? Yes, if your order is not placed, you will be blocked from accessing your gallery. There will be a $75 fee to reissue access for you to view your gallery and enable you to place your order.

Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account.


What are the office hours?
Our office hours are Tuesday – Friday 10am-5pm. Keep in mind that we are a small but busy studio and we do not answer the phone during shooting of sessions. If you would like a call back please be sure to leave a message and someone will return the call in the order it was received. 317-696-5481.


Can I just email or text my questions?
Of course you may! Emails and texts can sometimes be much more convenient as emails can be answered even late at night. ( or maybe even a text can be answered while a client is in the dressing room. Oh the modern age of communication. ☺
