Terms and Conditions 1. Payment. Session fee is non-refundable. Prints will be ordered separately and paid for upon ordering prints. Proofs will not be forwarded to the lab until payment in full has been made. You have 7 days in which to make your selections and place your order once your proof gallery has been published. 2. Each session will have their negatives moved off site 30 days after their gallery upload date, and, as a result, any orders placed once this has occurred will be subject to a retrieval fee of $200.00 and a minimum order requirement of $300. 3. I understand that Marci Ralph Photography takes copyright infringement very seriously and I will not copy, scan, right click or duplicate images in any way mentioned, or unmentioned. I understand that Marci Ralph photography will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law for violation of copyright laws Model release. Marci Ralph Photography often uses images taken during photo sessions to show future clients the quality of work that they may expect. Without the ability to do so, clients would not be able to judge whether Marci Ralph Photography’s style is compatible with their needs. Most typically, images are used in online web gallery and in printed promotion materials. I hereby grant to Marci Ralph Photography and Marci Ralph ("the photographer") and her legal representatives and assignees, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me or of my minor child, or in which I may be included, for editorial, print competitions, advertising and any other purposes, and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same.
