It was 1 am… falling asleep n my office chair proofing away on a recent wedding. I had just done the head bob for the 15th time (you know what I am talking about!) and had just decided It was time to finally crawl off to bed thropugh the fog in my head. When my 19 yr old son comes running into my office screaming "get your camera, get your camera, follow me!" Well now I am wide awake! NOT!

I didnt get my camera… hehehe I just follow while he is telling me "It’s so little, it’s on the porch, you are going to love this. You HAVE to take his picture!" So I go out and on one of my little porch tables is this little guy, Of course what photography nut can resist a chance for some nature shots right? So Ryan gets my camera and I am telling him, get the macro lens. He has no clue and I could really care less at this point. I make do without the macro. He forgets to grab a battery off the charger, he goes back for that. Oh and I will need my flash, go get that! oh and, how about batteries for the flash. Finally after 4 or 5 trips into the office to get equipment… Kermie (which is what I call every frog I have ever photographed) finally gets his picture taken. He was not afraid of the flash.. I was suprised. I thought I would get one shot off and that would be it. He actually was pretty into it. He would move around from place to place. I mean, who wants all their shots with the same backdrop right? Tabletop, watering can and then a final jump to the side wall of the porch… He was quite the little poser!
