It was cold! There wasn’t near as much white stuff as we really wanted. But, ya gotta work with what the good Lord gives ya! and hey, DJ was a willing model.

My daughter and I were out running errands and saw this gem sitting out in someones yard along the roadside. We took the chance that they did want to get rid of it and decided to go to the door.

Meet big dog!!! Ok so……………alternate plan.

Soooooo, we leave a note in the mailbox that we would love to give this beauty a new home and a facelift. We go about our daily business, errand running and meet friends for lunch. We have really forgotten all about this couch. But, on the way home… we get a call that they do want to have us come pick it up YEAHHHHHH!!!.

The cost-

FREE. OK! WOW!!! We couldn’t get home to the truck fast enough!!!!

I thought I would use it a few times as is.. which is totally fun! Later it will get a nice new makeover with new cushions and fabrics.Believe it or not this isn’t it’s original color! Someone PAINTED the fabric!!! The underside of the cushions are a nice faded mustard gold. Who paints a couch?
